RemoteJob Staffing is seeking a remote Remote Virtual Assistant — LLM & Systems Practice ($15 - $30/hour) to help train and validate frontier AI systems through structured problem authoring, rubric design, and analytical output auditing from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Day-to-Day Impact

• Support onboarding, team logistics, and ad hoc requests.
• Own gifting operations across our team and clients.
• Source gifts and manage ordering, personalization, shipping, and delivery.
• Track gifting budgets, recipient information, orders, and vendors.
• Anticipate needs and drive tasks through completion.
• 3+ years in administrative support, operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Essential Background & Expertise

• Demonstrated background in a startup, technology company, or distributed team.
• Practical background using gifting, vendors, purchasing, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and project management tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and automate repetitive tasks.
• Compensation Band: $15 - $30/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
