RemoteJob Staffing is seeking a remote Remote Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) — LLM Alignment & Research ($50 - $70/hour) to help train and validate frontier AI systems through structured problem authoring, rubric design, and analytical output auditing from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Day-to-Day Impact

• Code model-generated diagnostic and procedural information from the record using ICD and CPT/HCPCS classification systems.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in diagnosis and procedure coding, ensuring the integrity of record abstraction and data capture.
• Enter model-generated patient information into computerized inpatient and outpatient medical record databases.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in ICD-10, CCS, Inpatient Records, CPT.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Review and analyze inpatient medical records to ensure accurate ICD-10 and CPT coding in alignment with current guidelines and best practices.

Essential Background & Expertise

• Currently working in medical coding, clinical documentation improvement, or a closely related documentation role
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week
• Compensation Band: $50 - $70/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
