The duties and responsibilities include the following: Building out your day the way you want it and the way that makes you the most effective Making phone calls to generate business Traveling to client sites within the State of Wisconsin (typically not overnight) Meeting clients trying to continue to build and maintain relationships Estimating and creating competitive bids for a variety of contracts Working for both the construction division and the service division The successful candidate must have a background that includes the following: Five years of estimating and sales experience for commercial construction Three years of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning experience Possess the ability to travel to client sites within the State of Wisconsin (typically not overnight) A solid work history A US citizen or possess a green card A residence within 45 minutes.
