This Supplier Manager role will take ownership of a key technology supplier and look to drive higher internal engagement levels and service outputs. Key areas of focus pertain to: ensuring the supplier delivers as required across service areas; analyse and own governance of the contract to ensure KPIs and SLAs are delivered; act as point of escalation for any service delivery failings and ensure remedies are put in place; drive positive supplier relationships and advocacy across the relevant internal stakeholder population; drive continuous improvement initiatives; and ensure the supplier contract continues to add value and be fit for purpose.

To succeed in this role, demonstrable experience of managing IT/Technology suppliers is essential with experience of operating in a vendor/supplier relationship/contract management capacity. Exposure to procurement and contract management would be beneficial but not essential. With a strong customer focus, you will have exceptional influencing and relationship building skills and the ability to adjust your style and approach to suit different situations.
